Ferdi Kübler, the oldest surviving Tour de France winner
My copy of the latest Herbie Sykes/Rouleur book arrived today and its bloody gorgeous, lots of unseen pictures of Fausto Coppi, definitely one to sit on the desk.
Just been going through my photos from the final stage of the Tour de France this year and forgot how many great photos i managed to get, this is one of my favourites. The end of the last stage always has a last day at school feel about it and you can see it here with everyone wanting a personal photo infront of the Arc de Triomphe.
Thought seeing as Bradley won the Sports Personality of The Year last night that today would be a good chance to show of one of my many photos from the Tour this year, what a day it was in Paris and congrats to Wiggo.
So happy to see the Tour is set to start in Yorkshire in 2014, going to be great seeing 3 stages in England. Save myself some money as well, no ferry trips to France until i go over for the finish!
Tour director Christian Prudhomme came over to see us while we waited for Team Sky & Bradley Wiggins.
