Peter Sagan waves to the crowd after the finish of the Tour de France.
(One of my own)
Yesterdays relegation and point deduction for Goss has taken almost all of the sting out of his challenge for the Green Jersey and all but ensured Sagan will claim in Maillot Vert in only his first Tour de France. Aslong as he can stay upright for the remaining 7 stages of course.

The final stage of the 2012 Tour of California saw, you guessed it Peter Sagan taking his 5th win out of 8. Rabobank’s Robert Gesink finished safely within the bunch to take the overal and in doing so becomes only the 2nd Non-American to win The Tour Of California, Garmin’s Dave Zabriskie finished 2nd (46” back) & teammate Tom Danielson rounded out the top 3, 54” back.

Garmin-Barracuda’s Dave Zabriskie picked up the win in the Tour of California’s TT last night and in the process took over the leaders jersey by 39” ahead of Rabobank’s Robert Gesink & 1’10” ahead of United Healthcare’s Rory Sutherland, previous race leader Peter Sagan lost over 3 minutes but still hopes to go for his 5th stage win in tomorrows stage to Big Bear Lake.

Sagan wins again, Haussler is the bridesmaid again. I really hope Sagan goes to the Tour de France, can’t wait to see him against Cavendish!
I feel like im repeating myself but yes, Peter Sagan wins his 3rd stage in the Tour of California. Im beginning to think he could do one handed wheelies and still win in California, Haussler was the bridesmaid once again.
