What a great ride from Rabobanks Robert Gesink up Mt Baldy in the Tour of California to take the win and the yellow jersey all but claiming the overall.
Special mention though for the little Colombian in the background with his head down, Jhon Atapuma (Colombia-Coldeportes) was part of the early break along with Radioshack’s Chris Horner and managed to stay on Gesinks wheel right up to the finish. It was a strong day for the Colombia-Coldeportes squad as Fabio Duarte finished 3rd behind Atapuma
