It was Costa Rican rider, Andrey Amador’s day today as he took the win from a 3 man break containing NetApp’s Jan Barta & Androni Giocattoli’s Alessandro De Marchi.
Movistar’s Francisco Ventoso managed to stay upright around the last corner to take the win in stage 9 of the Giro, Pippo Pozzato crashed into the back of Goss which also lead to Mark Cavendish being caught up behind.
